Vharanani Properties is proficient in turnkey property development solutions. We work our way through the property development value chain, from Land Procurement, Property Zoning and the complete Project Management Cycle including Feasibility Studies, Architectural
Designs and the actual building and development of the housing/business units and common property developments.

From schools and hospitals to community centers, offices and houses, our projects also include the construction of roads, bridges, reservoirs, water reticulation and purification, sewerage systems and the maintenance of municipal roads and storm water infrastructure. We have also established townships, built townhouses complexes and successfully completed security villages.
