Established in March 2001, Vharanani Properties is a highly acclaimed 100% black-owned construction and infrastructure development company built on a foundation of entrepreneurial excellence.
Vharanani Properties has positioned itself as an industry leader in South Africa since its inception in March 2001. Receiving numerous awards for the quality, professionalism and diligence with which we deliver on construction projects, bearing testimony to our culture of service excellence.

It also provides the management distinction required to meet our own standards in delivery, within the required time and the allocated budget.

There is no project too small or too big for Vharanani Properties. We have been involved in the building of schools, hospitals, community centres, offices and houses. Our projects also include the construction of roads, bridges, reservoirs, water reticulation and purification, sewerage systems and the maintenance of municipal roads and storm water infrastructure. On the development side, we are involved in the establishment of townships, townhouse complexes as well as security villages.
